Illustrated covers fall into two categories- digitally painted/ drawn and mixed.

Digitally painted or drawn.
These covers are created either using a paint tablet or drawn with the pen tool.
I start with a pencil sketch, scan the sketch and then begin to paint over the image.

These covers vary widely in cost and can be difficult to quote because it can be difficult to predict the time used to create the artwork.
Mixed.
These covers are created using both stock elements and drawing techniques.
Prices start at $100.00 plus the cost of the image(s) I always inform my clients of the image cost before it's purchased.
Note: All cover art prices include up to three revisions. After which, a charge of $60.00/ will be assessed.
